Anybody going out for Salmon and have an extra seat available? I have all my own gear including 2 brand new Scotty electrics (1101) that are urning to get broke in (new style plugs) I know some of area 9 an expert on area 6 (PA). Know how to fish and what to use. Last year I caught and released (mostly) over 100 Kings with 80% over 25. Can help with expenses. PM me please

I am looking for an open seat to fish the PSA Derby in Area 11 this weekend. 8/9/08. All of the other boats that I normally fish on are dry docked this weekend. I already have my ticket so I am ready to go. I live right on the water on the Gig Harbor side and have a private ramp and dock so I can meet you at the waters edge or you can launch right there. No crowds, no fees only the tide to contend with depending on when you launch.

Name: tom Vessel: Sold-Alii Kai Lady Christine Location: washington Job:Tuna Addict Bio: Tuna fishing addict. I have been fishing in Hawaii for the last 35 years, most of that trolling for tuna. I live for the pursuit of tuna and the smell of salt in the air. | I have never done Tombos (Albacore) in Washington before But would like too. I used to fish Hawaii (Hawaii boy) for Ahi, Aku, Shibi and some marlin. I moved up here for the schools (kids) and pay. I owned and fished Alii Kai, Hawaiian Hawk and force in Hawaii. I have a USCG 100 Ton License and currently work for the goverment and operate a 34 foot safe boat with tripple 250 Yamahas, 23 foot safe boat with twin 250 hp Mercs and a 32 foot Almar with twin I/O Mercs putting out nearly 900 hp total. So I have some time on boats. Sounds like your are a Hawaii boy that also moved (Pau Hana)? |

Is this perfect timing or what? I've been tuna fishing for a couple years and have all the gear, but the Honda on my 2003 21' Arima SRHT went tits up last week. It's been in the shop all week with no news from the mechanic, so I'm assuming it's something major. I'll keep my eye on the weather and if I see an opportunity for a run, I'll email you.

Hello, I am new to this site. I used it to find tuna reports and coordinets. I have a new 20ft northriver seahawk. A couple buddys and myself went out last tuesday 38 nm from westport, we fished 2 and a half hours and landed one and lost three. The water was awsome, and so was the day! We went out of wp for salmon last saturday and the bar and the ocean were just tooo much for me. so we just went & loaded up the boat onto the trailer and went to float 5 to see if any bders were around, but nobody. The season is coming to an end soon. I would like catch a ride with someone that has has experience and a good seaworthy boat. I have gas money gear, & will be glad to help with all duties. And dont normally get sea sick.weekends work best, but if a week day is the day. Im sure it will work. Thanks Chris.

I'd love to split some fuel costs with someone doing a tuna trip.
The next two weekends are all I have.
I'm not a greenhorn nor a chummer. I just haven't targeted tuna yet.
Email me private if you have a spot.
Dave
