Welcome back Mikey! Good to have you again.

So glad you didn't go out that day. It got really nasty! Hope you're healing well and on your way to 100%. Sorry I didn't get to fish with you. Maybe some day in the future our paths will cross again, and the tuna will be sorry...

HERES THE STORY: Right after our San Juan kick off trip, I developed pain in my lower back followed by this lump the size of a banana. So I go to the doctor and he says go get an ultra-sound. He looks at the ultra and says i have a inflamed lumbar muscle and to go to physical therapy. So i do 8 visits to PT and go back to the doc cuz things aren't getting better. Then he sends me in for MRI CTscan after that he tells me I have an abese under my muscle that they need to drain. So into the hospitol I go and they drain this damn thing except I have this fucking tube in me for another 3 weeks. So now he says go get another CT scan to see how things look. After another fun visit to that fucking tube, they come back and say well you have two more absese and are going to need surgery. Afterall that fun I find another Doctor, Who by the way is fucking awessome. Refers me to a surgen who wants his own set test and orders me in to the hos again. So checks this it has now been 2 months from original pain.
He goes in and I have a perferated Apendex which he removes, cleans out the other two abese and removes 6" of my small and 6"of my large intentines and rehooks me up. wow finally better right? WRONG. Two days after the surgery I'm in severe pain so back for more pics of my insides, and he says that some of the stitch inside broke and you guessed it we are going back in.So they open me up and clean me out and stitch me back up. so now its just recovery and the say by the end of this month I should be back to 100%. thanks for reading sorry it was so long. hope to get together with all you guys in the near future.

mm

All joking aside...

We missed you out there buddy. I hope we can get out in a couple weeks. Maintain your program and listen to the docs. Take it easy. We're going to tie one on for you tomorrow.

First Off: Glad you finally came out of the closet with your new name.

Secondly: Glad to see you improving bro. Next season you will catch tuna in person even though you were on the boat all summer this year in spirit.

Hey it was good to meet you down at float 5, made the wise choice to skip that day. Weather sucked ass, it took all the kings horses and men to put me back together again. Where did you get that batman Avet and matching batman Seeker rod you gave to CF. I wonder if he is using for Blue Fin Tuna this week.
