Willapa,

I had never heard of these maps, so I took a look at the website. Thanks for the info! It's interesting, they have a "North Puget Sound" map, from Everett to Deception Pass, and they have a "South Puget Sound" map, from Seattle to Olympia.

So...what about the areas between Everett and Seattle?

San Juan Islands, Strait of Juan de Fuca...8.95.....If you get a bit further south in MA 7 I'll be happy to point you in the right direction. Also don't forget Puget Sound Anglers, Bellingham chapter. You might also want to sign up for the Holiday Sportshop newsletter by sending a request to holidaysportshop@yahoo.com.

TT is right on; Nexus and Canadian license are the only way to go.

I don't have the South Puget Sound Map, but the North Map starts at Meadowdale and goes north to Deception Pass. It also includes Hood Canal.

I also have the San Juan Island Map which starts at Deception Pass and includes the San Juans, Gulf Islands and part of the strait and Vancouver Island.

Since the coverage of the San Juan Map picks up where the North Puget Sound Map ends, I'm guessing the same will hold true for the North and South Puget Sound maps.

That's some solid advice. I'm a member of the Puget Sound Anglers Sno-King chapter. I've gotten lots of info from presentations given at the monthly meetings.

south map goes up past edmonds and believe to everett (used it and coordinates up to edmonds so far but not further). Do not recall seeing a central sound map so suspect the north and south versions covers the spectrum...jsk
