Take this bad thing and turn it into a golden oppurtunity to get a real fishing boat......

you have to get the times, komo and any of the local boating mags to run with this the bad press for the dealership is your best defense. make them want you to go away. constant hammering will do that. take the picture and write up a paragraph or two on the situation then plaster it on the side of a 200.00 van and park it in their parking lot where all potential customers have to walk bye. they suck big dick........ |

Unfortunately, any act of contrition on their part would imply responsibility for the whole thing. Work with your insurance co. That's what they're there for. Let the big dogs fight over who's responsible. You'll get a new boat plus all else lost. Be patient. If all else fails, then sue, even if it's your own insurance your suing. Good luck to you.

Although I agree with Jaydog I'd still suggest you SUE THE BASTARDS FOR EVERYTHING THEY OWN!!!!!!
Spread the word on every fishing and boating web site and hurt them in the only place it will do any good, their bottom line! NAME THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND ANY OF THEIR MINIONS INVOLVED! .

Sometimes the truth needs to be said no matter what the consequences are. "PC" IS FOR WIMPS AND GIRLY MEN!!!!!!! I don't think there is a risk of a banning here like would be a real possibility on another board.

Ron,
Sorry if it came across as a rant at you or your post. I tend to "rant" when I see injustice and insurance FRAUD and PC are both injustice. It wasn't aimed at anyone in particular and I knew your post was humor.
