Area 10 Report

Got out of Shilshole at 7 and started at Jeff Head..2 drifts and nothing but shakers. Moved up to Kingston..2 drifts and nothing but shakers..Tried the Oil Docks..2 drifts, well you get the picture. Used 7 dozen herring by 11
and called it day. 30 shakers and nothing else. The fish checker had seen no Blackmouth and only one Coho but it was a beauty, 16 pounds.

Plenty of bait around and lots of salmon but they are all about 10 inches long.

Going to give area 11 a shot next weekend.

Glad to see you made it out there. Where did you fish at Jeff? Its still early, we will start seeing some nice fish show up soon, especially if you saw bait. Thanks for the report!!!!

I'm heading to the same area tomorrow. Hopefully you scared away all the shakers!

We fished the old " yellow house" drift..Starting in 80' and drifting south into 160'. Marked a ton of bait but no decent Blackmouth.
