Advice for clamming, fishing & crabbing Ocean Shores area

Hi!

I stumbled across this forum in a Google search. I'm sure my husband will be interested in this site as well. We live in southeastern Washington and our fishing is more limited to the Snake and occasionally the Columbia. We try to get to the coast when we can and will be in Ocean Shores beginning tomorrow. We've never been there, so I was hoping we could get some tips on where we might find the best fishing, clamming (obviously razor clams are not open and if I read it correctly, all of the coastal clamming for other species is closed as well) and crabbing. We won't have a boat. We do have a couple of crab pots that some relatives lent us.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much!

I think you can crab in the marina.
As for fishing, there is surf fishing and from the Jetty.
There is a couple rivers nearby also.
Duck lake in Ocean Shores has Bass and I think Perch.
I am leaving in few for Ocean Shores to camp tonite with the family.
Wecome to Bd !
