Where dose the hood canal end?

I believe the hood canal ends at the hood canal bridge. Is that right. Going shrimping and will be launching very early. Want to kill some time just catching sand dabs. So if I stay above the bridge am I out of the no bottomfishing closure in the hood canal?

HOOD CANAL

- all waters south of the Hood Canal Bridge.
