A new company (so happens to be my competition) purchased the land to build their new corp. office about 7 months ago so the land has new owners. It use to be owned by a local ball player who's brother worked at my compnay years ago....Anyways, hands down the best bass spot in AZ!
You can always try to make fiends with the guys there. There are people there once or twice a week or ninja fish it.
They had a deal worked out with I think MasterCraft to test boats there and the story was the sales guys always brought their poles!
Pretty shitty neighborhood at night but... Well come to Phoenix!

Nope...But I will be down in the area Friday...I'm going to bring a pole with. I'll let you know how it goes.
I live here in Arrowhead Ranch (75th & 101). All lakes are private but AWESOME fishing! I have only been asked to leave once in 5 years.

75th Ave? I'm in Laveen at 67th and Southern. I work in Mesa and my wife used to work at University of Phoenix and I picked her up from work every day. Wish I knew about this place then!!

Go to The AZ Bass Zone :: Arizona bass fishing chat, news and information and search "Oasis" You will learn all you ever wanted to know about that "secret" hole. I've fished it and a 10+ came on my boat not caught by me, but on my boat. Ate a bluegull colored shad rap. Been sold and I have no way in now.

How Long ago was that? Is there any reliable, accurate info about this place? It seems from that other post to be too much of a hassle to even bother with. Is it?
