Galveston Bay Fishing Report

Hi to all of you on this forum. I am new to Bloodydecks. I am a full time fishing guide in Galveston. (Topp-Dogg Guide Service) I will attempt to give a report aleast 2-3 times every month. Hopefully I will give some helpful info. to you guys. I do understant that most of you probable have a real job and have to work all wk. then try to get out on the weekends. So I'll try to give you some help in finding the fish. Ok enough of kissing butt lets get to the fishing report. My brother and I have been on some quality and quantity the last 2 weeks. When the weather has co-operated we have had limits or near limits of trout. We have been using live bait under a popping cork. Fishing close to the shore lines early then moving out a little and fishing in deeper water as the day becomes hotter. Soft platics have worked well over mid bay reefs in East Bay when the wind has been right. The hot spots have been anywhere from the causeway bridge to Tx city to San Leon.
