Sunset 8/21 am

Today went out for only the second time and caught a few perch, all palm size, nothing big. I could see large beans in the skinny but no sc's to be found.

Re: Sunset 8/21 am

Do you guys prefer fishing the high or low tide? I used to fish the surf a lot until I go my boat - 8 years ago. Now I'm getting back into surf fishing - I prefer the low tide, calmer, more beach, etc. - seems like the water/waves "lay up" better - the shallow area where the corbs run. Just wondered what others do...

Re: Sunset 8/21 am

try the lugs or the gulp sandgrabs with the red bottoms on low to rising tides, or green mussle at sunset
