Fished again today from 1 - 4:30 pm. Tide was kind of slackish for most of the time. Got 4 nice perch on the crabs and then switched to the GULP Camo sandworm and looped another 16. Ended up with 20 on the dot with about half of them being in the 10-12 inch range. The rest were 5-7 inches.
Got ripped in shallow and whatever it was was peeling line for about 4 seconds and the line snapped. Me thinks big corb. Also caught a dink perch that came in bleeding with teeth marks all over it. Me thinks sharky or buttikus tried to grab a snack as I was reeling in.
Tide sucked but waves were small, water was warm and fairly clean and crabs are plentiful. Had to move around to find them but I eventually found them (crabs and the fish).
