anyone use the shakespeare big water 12 foot casting rods before? how are they? im looking for a surf rod under 150 that is between 40 and 50 lbs line wt. and up to 8oz of lure weight. any suggestions is greatly appreciated

I saw an ugly stick here in fl, had cork tape 10' very nice looking rod one piece.
