Haven't used Smelly Jelly, but I did use Smelly Kelly and all I caught was crabs.

I used to use Hot Sauce all the time, but now I slather them with Uni-Butter.

i always use scents. the help so much. i have many procure productsd and use them on everything. it just gives the little bit of edge to catch more fish. in thew surf i use sand shrimop and anchovy it turns any lure into gulp basically send me a message if yopu have any questions. i am a advid user and will tell u the tricks
