Good Times........

Hello,

A few weeks ago I was fishing one of the beaches off state beaches rd. in Ventura. My buddy and I started fishing around 8 AM, the surf was small and the fishing was consistent, but everything changed. Around 4 PM a few surfers showed up to the way right of us then two of them walked down the beach and decided to surf right in front of us. The very first wave one of them took went straight into our lines. No big deal shit happens, we move down 50 yards or so and recast. Within 5 min they are back infront of us and run into our lines a second time. I throw my hands up and say what the fuck? The guys board washes up on the sand and he said " sorry bro" and I said " you guys keep running into our lines". The surfer paddles back out and starts talking to his friend out past the waves. A few mins. later the other guy takes one wave and he runs right into our lines for a third time. The chichen fucker looks back as hes paddling back out and hes laughing. He gets to his buddy and they start talking shit to us I flip them the bird and my buddy tells me it not worth getting in a fight over and that hes got a plan. Ok the fishing was getting slow anyways lets pack up and head home. We put my gear in the truck and Im about to throw the rest of the squid away but my buddy grabs it.......... WTF? He walks over to the surfers truck and lays six of them on his windshield and writes in squid slime " Whos the bitch now?". Normaly I wouldnt fuck with someones shit but he was a dick. So what would you have done????????

Goodtimes,

Chris

Taking the high road is always the best call.
Sounds like those guys were kooks but it's kind of a punk move to mess with someone's property and then split without facing them.

Agreed. Even though some shit talking was flying around, they didn't really do any harm to you or your property. They sound like kooks, but you made yourself look worse and more childish with your actions. Just my $0.02....

Sorry, new computer....I think a fist shaped ding on his board would have been perfect. Just say the thing hit you in the shin and it's all good.

Sorry I snagged your line junior, it does not bother me that you put the squid on my truck either, I used them in the same spot you were fishing and got three 50lb WSB. Thanks for the bait.
