Norv Turner has no business being a head coach. However, he would make an ok assistant to the assistant offensive coordinator or a good public relations assistant. Ted Cotrell however, is another story. He downright sucks as a defensive coordinator and is an arrogant jabroni. The guy refuses to listen to his team and is a know it all.
Rivers is an ok quarterback. He's still young and has aways to go in his career. Not everyone can be a Brady or Farvrerere out of the box. Given some good pass protection and good play calling I think Rivers could be a force to reckoned with in a few years.
The biggest problem with the Chargers organization is AJ Smith...

Rivers wishes he was as good as Grossman, he looked like crap and the only thing that saved him was an over the hill raven defense , untill he proves that he can win a game by himself,he should keep his mouth shut .

Agreed.
The Chargers have a great team.
Think about it, the only thing they changed from last year was their coaching staff.
The pieces to the puzzle are there, I'm seriously suprised that the staff hasn't figured out how to put it together.
Honestly,,,,,,,,,,, when the Chargers play the way they can play nobody can stop them.
Fuck the Patriots, I'd like to see the Bolts hand them their first loss.

When we're booing him I'd rather have him yell back than wear that BIG Shit eating grin that he has sometimes, you know the one that Calico almost killed him over... I like emotion and every time Norv yells (he's been doing it alot more lately) I get a boner.

| Good qbs are raised or born, the later being the exception. If you are born a qb you have tons of ability a la Favre and rely mostly on talent to perform. These qbs usually perform good on a scramble. Favre has the worst mechanics of any qb, ever.
Raised qbs rely mostly on mechanics, a la Marino. They are usually pocket passers that have to go through the motions, be it a 3 step or a 5 step drop-back and step into the throw.
Rivers is a raised qb in the maturing process. If you compare his performance this season to last, his mechanics have gone to hell, with his accuracy as well. He was taken off a system he was starting to master into a new one which he has not. If he looks sort off lost out there is b/c he is.
