Here are the fighters payouts for the recent WEC 41 event that showcased Mike Brown vs Urijah Faber.
Not much money is being made by most of these guys by profesional sports standards, although there were some added bonuses that were awarded for the knockout of the night, fight of the night and submission of the night which were all $10,000 bonuses. There were also win bonuses for each fight ranging from $2000 to $13,000 (Brown Faber fight)
Urijah himself did supposedly make considerably more than what was shown due to other bonuses and endorsements. One another note regarding Urijah, he had surgery on his injured hand on Wednesday and all was said to go good. There was also a slight possibility that he suffered a fracture to his left thumb as well, and it's undetermined as of now weather that will need surgery as well, as Urijah was hoping not to have two hands rendered useless at the same time.
Back on the subject of pay and what does strike me odd, is that Jens Pulver was paid the most of any fighter that night for just his fight alone (this doesnt count other fighters bonuses).
