OK, now in my opinion, that fish should be worth WAY more in the way of a feat than catching the next all class Yellow Fin Tuna on rod and reel and I'm not even a spero. Give that guy the $$$$ and fame, and if we ever break the record in PV on conventional tackle....so be it, but we got everything going in our advantage with boats, tackle, harnesses, sounders, bla bla bla..........congrats on the kill!!!!! very impressive

No idea where it was taken as that is currently being kept hush hush, but for a good guess I would take it to the bank 
As soon as more comes up about this I'll update you guys.
From the other board:
"Julian hunted as the pro that he is. He dove before the bait, held his depth at 45 feet, passed on the 100+ pound tuna as they swam by him, then shot the cow that was at the very end of the school. His bottom time on that dive was 1:45. It took real dicipline to pass on those 100+ pound fish."
