Good white meat, I've tried it before. As mentioned, you just gotta either bleed em right away or soak the meat in milk to get rid of the ammonia taste. For those of you defending them saying they're harmless and friendly, do you think the same thing when you see a calico bass? Unless there is some breed of dangerous killer man eating calico bass out there that I'm not aware of, you guys are idiots.
