I have skipped steps that showed removing the side plate and handle and etc etc.
You can either buy a new set of curado 200b gears with pinion or find someone to trade straight up. i have traded 3 sets now.
here are the gears: 5:1 on the top and 6:1 on the bottom. visually the 6:1 gear is larger in diameter, and the pinion is smaller. vs the other way around on the 5:1 gears
here it is with the crabontex drag in it with shimano grease, lightly coated
now install the pinion gear and pinion gear bracket before the main gear. should look like the following, i recommend that you grease things up if needed.
put sleeve bearing on main gear, free spool springs, side plate, screws, bevel washers, brass washer, square nut, spring, handle and then 10mm nut and nut cap and screw.
This fits the calcutta 200 as well. i have it in mine no problems. I bet that it would fit the 250's and maybe the 400b but there wouldnt be as much pressure unless there was a build up of washers.
hope that works for you guys.
