Re: HOW DO I JOIN

Meeting are held the first Thursday of each month at the Bali Hai on Shelter Island at 7PM with happy hour starting at 6:30. Stop by and check things out as a guest and join the club if you like.

$60 per year and no you don't have to have a boat members will take you if you need a ride and ask around at the meetings. There is almost always room on someones boat. Lot of cool people in the club, and you don't have to be a member to go to the meetings, just show up!!!

Can you kayak fish in your tournaments? I was looking at your tournament flyer for the March 14th Tourny and it did not mention anything about craft size or limitations. I am looking at joining a club where I can fish there tournaments in a kayak, whether it's lake or bay. Thanks for your time in responding.

Yes you can fish from a Kayak. We have even had a club member win from a kayak for a Bay tournament. The only exception is when the club tournament is done in conjunction with another club or organization then we abide by their rules.

If you have any other questions or want to join, stop by our booth at Fred Hall in Del Mar.
