SDRRC 2009 Membership Drive

The San Diego Rod and Reel club's 2009 membership drive is underway. If you have been thinking of joining now is a great time.

The San Diego Rod and Reel Club is Southern California's Premiere not for profit Fishing Club offering club memberships, up to date information for San Diego's Anglers. We hold many fishing tournaments throughout the year for cash and prizes all ages. Our members actively fish many different types of fish from large Black Marlin off of South America to local trout at Lake Miramar and are always looking for new people to go fishing with.

The cub actively gives back to the fishing community by participating in different activities which promote kids fishing and protecting our fishing areas and rights.

The annual membership is $60 for an individual and an additional $10 for the family membership which includes your spouse and minor children. For Active Duty Military, membership is free.

The Club meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm in the beautiful setting of the Bali Hai Restaurant overlooking San Diego Bay, in Point Loma. We have a no host bar during the meeting which typically opens at 6:30 when many of the members arrive to socialize. The meetings are full of fun and informative stuff for the serious angler to the club youngsters (yes kids are welcomed).
