Like the title says, with Jorge out of action (fuck........) who's manning the galley? The last time I was on the boat, Jose told me he was about to retire, so.....

Steve Lamb was the chef when I was on the boat in July. He is good a little fancier food than Jorge, also a character.

If Lamb is cooking on the RR, bring some rolaids. He's spicy for sure. And tell him if he's selling those dvd's to sell you one that plays in your dvd player not just the computer. Otherwise have fun! That crew f____ rocks!

Lamb was the cook on my 5 day 8/9..

On my trip he cooked: steak on night, brisket another, lamb chops another.. chicken... if you are a vegan, you will have to special order.. This guy cooks more red meat than any other LR chef I have ever seen...

Steve and Jose were the cooks when I went on August 26 five day. Scrubs he also made ceviche for a snack one day. All I can say is the food is awesome on that boat.

Personaly I've found Steve's cooking to be a bit bland, good but not as spicy as I like. He's fun to have around too. Jose's "grandmothers" ceviche is GREAT but a bit hot.

Jose is retireing too? Shit!!!! I'll miss the "MISTER LEEEEEEEEE" when I see him but the rest of the crew will probably still call me "Lambo".

I'll have to second the opinion that the RR crew do a first class job.

I didn't find Lamb's cooking to be spicy at all. He is very good and has a great personality as well. Lots of fun to joke with. Also the RR3 crew does do a great job, they are tops!
