This was verified by LoPreste-Dunn sportfishing with Frank's voice in the background confirming.

And this is not a rumor or second hand info. You can call (619) 226-8030 and I'm sure they'll give you the same info they gave me. And maybe you'll hear Frank's booming voice in the background saying "for the entire fleet" as I heard.

I have been following these posts about Guad as I'm headed out on a 5 day this Sunday. The last I recalled reading was that the conditions there weren't very good (water color/temp). Anyone have any updates?

they have had permets for two weeks now , and my friends just came back and said its really slow and the water is cold like 66 deg they had better fishing on the way over and back they only hooked two tuna lost one and the one they got was 35 to 40 pounds

YEP..Bob and I, and Oldtimer looking at various temp charts (see LongRange Thread)
On Tempbreak, Terrafin, GOES/NOAA Sat charts today..seeing 70-73 water at Lupe
but that doesn't guarantee the Yellowfin there in great numbers already too. As Bob
just posted on the LR thread..Tommy is GOING there and take a look on the RP. Hell,
I'm just waiting like many to go on my 5.5 day next week TOO. I guess..NEWS AT 11?
