Fish Processing from Mike Burn's World Famous Smoked Fish Company

On Friday, I needed to have some whole fish cut . I chose to use Mike Burns fish processing and the experience was a very positive one. Mike met me at the dock, he weighed the fish (close to 900lbs.), offered me one day service and we were off to his facility. Once there, the fish was unloaded, cleanly cut in portion size servings, double bagged & vaccum sealed, placed in my coolers and insulated boxes with ice, and I was on my way at 10:45am (entire process was less than 2 hours).
I have never had the need to use a fish processor before and having this experience, I would not hesitate in the future. The facility is clean and Mike's crew seemed very particular on how the fish were handled and processed. The final product out the door was Fantastic.

Mike Burns has a great operation and his price can not be beat...hands down. 0.10 cents vs 0.75 cents and some higher.

Thanks again Mike!
