Any wahoo at the Ridge?

Heading down to abreojos with a couple buddies and our skiffs oct. 1st for a week. Hoping to get some nice weather to possibly run out to the ridge. Anyone heard of any hoo out there?

yes, they are there on the Uncle Sam Bank with wide open yellowtail (10-20 lbs) on the bottom with an iron or dropper loop. Lots of 10-20 pound yellowfin all over the ridge and pargo on the 23.

Keep most of your money stashed and keep a couple loose $20 bills handy to hand over to the "mexican police" in el norte. If you get pulled over dont be surprised. Hope they dont steal your trucks and skiffs.

i have fished for wahoo on the ridge twice, the boat got a few on deck both times. november on a 10 day and january on an 8 day.
