Are there any good books on making LTL top-shots? I ordered some of what I need from Guyster, but would like to get a step-by-step instruction book for making top-shots. Most of the tackle shops in my area (SFV, Ventura) don't have a clue. I am pretty sure I know how to proceed after seeing it done on my last long range trip, but it would be nice to have confirmation and something to use as a reference.

I'll teach you Chris. If you don't mind all day long NFL on in the background, as Sundays are my free days. I have Tivo so I can back it up if I miss a good play while teaching.

Sound fair to me, do you have the NFL package? I rebuild my reels on Sundays with games in the background myself. I am currently waiting for Guyster to get back on the 5th to have my order shipped. I sent away for a topshot holder, JB Hollow spectra, glue and line pullers. I am sure there is some other stuff I need, but will have to see.

WahooDad,
I make my own but I would be interested to see how you do it and compare notes or whatever...
Let me know if it's an open invite and I'll see if I'm available on an upcoming Sunday.
Mark
