If all go's well our group will be on this trip again next year, we had a blast!!! I didn't catch my personal best but I'll take those 70-90lb's all day, great battle on the 40 & 50lb. gear. I agree part of the ticket is a good freespooling reel along with a short top shot, the few I caught were either on a Cal's blueprinted Tigera 16 (50lb.) or my 870 2 speed (40lb.) both topped with Blackwater. One note: The one Wahoo I got had a number of sardines with hooks and short peices of mono still attached in him, I will save the hooks and return them next year to anyone that may have been "Hooed" on this trip, there were a quite few.
