Hey guys if you can listen to the 2nd hour of Let's Talk Hook Up, meetings today, the LUPE may be open Tuesday night. It's the show with Frank LoPreste. He also gives the reason why the LUPE was closed. I guess one of the boats was fishing in a closed bay.

It's open right now. You just have to jump through some hoops to make it happen. The long range boats don't have time to jump through the hoops, so they are being denied access. I'm leaving on Tuesday for 'lupe. I'll be on a private boat and we have the time to get the correct permits to fish the island.
