| David gets another cow!
Three cows caught on the first day and Dave gets one of them. That guy is a fricken machine, unbelievable! Here's John G's report:
We had a VERY GOOD DAY today on beautiful grade Yellowfin Tuna. 44 fish for the day wit the average size being 130 to 190 pounds, I think we may have had 5 fish under 100 pounds today in the 75 to 80 pound class. We had three cows, Ki Song 247, Bill Brandstatter 214 and David Choate 209. The overall grade was very impressive with a good number of fish in the 180 to 190 range but everything that came aboard was just beautiful grade Yellowfin. The Accurate 665 Narrow 2-speed reel for the largest Yellowfin Tuna on our first day of fishing went to Ki Song with his 247, thanks again to Accurate Fishing Products. One other thing of note we had alot of the sardine fish today on the NEW Mustad 4/0 to 7/0 ringed Hoodlum hooks. No failures on the Hoodlums fishing 100 and 135 pound line and putting good pressure on the fish, they stood up exceptionally. Our weather is perfect and we plan on being around here again tomorrow, we are hoping nothing changes.
John G. and the crew of the Red Rooster III

Now Kilsong swore to me he would be using only Poppers. I wonder if that is the case. I hope so.

Kil Song puts in the time too. That guy is either fishing or writing about all the time.
Congrats to both!
