Day 1
As we got our bait for the trip there where other boats stocking up as well.

the next few days where just travel time and getting rigged up. Capt. Mike had a great rigging class and a briefing on where we were heading and the best tackle to use.

Day 3 - Awoke to a great morning and traveled a few hours and start trolling for some school size tuna, just to work out the cobwebs and get use to fishing with each other. Moved around all day on the 13 Bank, ended up with 50+ Yellowfin and 17 Yellowtails on the Bloody decks at the end of the day. Dropped the anchor for the night and waiting for reports to come in the AM, we will fish the area in the morning and then move down the line.

Day 4 - We fished the same area for most of the day and picked up more Yellowfin and Yellowtails as well as a couple of Dorado's. We made the move that evening to Mag Bay and made bait then moved overnight too the Upper bank in search of the Cows on day 5.

Day 5 - we start to look for the cows and only found two large tunas in the 40 to 60lbs.

Day 6 - We moved up to the Tatous Bank. It started out slow pickings with a 30lbs Skin and a Dodo as well as a few tunas, The we hit a few schools of some 80 to 120 lb. size fish, We picked up a couple but most did not want to chew.. Then around 1 PM the school size YF started to go off big, the foaming schools where something to see. We ended with 75 more Yellowfin. We are going back into Mag Bay to make bait tonight and then go back to the 13 and try to pick up some more Cows tomorrow.

Day 7 started out looking great and the Cows came fash and heavy. We put the first of the 200+ on before 9am and they keep coming..

Jeff,
"El Diablo" was 246lb. It was a great trip, and again thank you for all the photos
and Videos that you sacrifice rail time for to capture other peoples memorable catches.

Just curious, how was the condition of your fish when you returned? For me that's the only drawback to the Vag. Just wondering if they got RSW yet. As far as the crew, some of the best guys you'll ever fish with. Mr. Lackey is a fish magnet. Chad

Fish was in good shape, RSW in the front slammer and the cows in the back cooler, Had no issues with the fish at the docks. Some got a little brused from the last day track home with some choppy weather. But the fish was fine. No Issues, Mike and the crew handle the fish great.

Timmy is the best Big Fish crewman, he was on all the Big Cows and they all got on the boat. We had one of the best ratios on this trip, I can only remember 2-3 lost after a good hook-up. I am still working on the pictures and report, hope to have it done this weekend. So far the video is looking good..
