All paid and ready to go

Just paid the balance on my trip and am ready to go! Come on Nov 11th woooHoooo can't wait. Told my self I wasn't going to buy anything for this trip except a new tackle box as I felt I was pretty well covered but nooooooo I ended up picking up a new jig stick as I had a blast last year chuckin the surface iron on the long rod so I ended up going old school with a 90J rapped all in black with a Newell 533 and off course had to buy a handfull of new 7x's

oh yea and I still don't have a new tackle box

Oh man I hear ya.I leave the same day, but you knew that.Look forward to meeting you on the dock.I am on the Supreme and your on the Royal right, so we will be right next to each other on the dock.I still need to get my 50 wide filled to the brim with spectra.I have transfered all of my other reels from bigger to smaller so all my spools are full of spectra.I worked out pretty good and left me only the 50 needed line.

Cant wait the bite down where we are going is doing pretty good and only getting better.

I remember how far the geek could throw a megabait on a spinning rig .... Doh!

Jack.. Yep we are right next to each other. The RPs will be returning from a limited load so the transition shouldn't be too bad with 2 boat loads waiting to get on.

I've been so busy getting my saltwater gear ready I forgot to get the fresh water ready for my tournament this weekend at Castaic

Stoked for you Brandon and Betram31. Are we the only ones that are going to go LR this fall on BD? Too bad fellas because its going off on nice grade Alijo's Yellow Fin Tuna, Big Wahoo, Big Grouper, Some big forkies, good Yellowtail fishing on the beach, bigger then average DODO'a on the kelps. Heck someone hung a 92lb Hoo a 150lb+ Yellow Fin Tuna at Alijo's a 60lb fatty Yellowtail at Alijo's. Now I know why I don't have a boat I think I will trade peanut Yellow Fin Tuna and rat Yellowtail for 10 dayer. fu3

Okay enough of my ranting its just this type of fishing gets we giddy.. I leave November 5th on the Shogun for 10 days. All my reels are either getting slammed or are being serviced right now. If you guy's bomb down to alijo's and we are not on the Ridge lower stuff we will probably be at Alijo's all together on 3 different boats for 1 day then Iam off back home and you guy's will continue slaying Yellow Fin Tuna and Wahoo. I bet if we have Alpha Norm gives it up to the RP before we leave.

Yesterday I finally got my deposit in to the RP for May 2005 Clipperton. Done deal. MooMoo

Ya its going off and only going to get better.Cool deal Brad we will probably see ya.I do have to say I like being out with Riddles he doesnt let too many guys box him out.Its all good and those top captains are pretty damn civil but oh man its awesome watching some of those guys put there 100 footer where they want it.

92 pound Hoo thats what we go for.Four years ago I had an 82 pounder on 40 pound test.Damn fish hammered me.Nothing would make me happier than to top that fish.Last year in Nov the 200 pound tuna were biting hard on the ridge, lets start praying to the fish gods NOW.

50 - 60 pound Yellowtail on surface irons, could do that for ten days. Its going to be awesome guys.I will try to talk to you guys if Tommy isnt on the radio too much.

We are in store for some good fishing. Would be awesome if those cowfish showed again November.

Iam stuck at 39lbs for me best Yellowtail. I too want a 50-60lb Forkie on the surface plug. That would be sick and very possible for a 50lb. Tim with the Star was telling me he believes the largest Yellowtail on this earth are at Alijo's even though Lupe has pumped out some monsters and last few records. They are there lets hang one. If we fish dropper at night Iam not going to sleep.
