ah heck you can use that 12 for winter blue sharks as well as the Makos next Spring .

also have it on board in case you find any blitzing pelagics

plus put a 500 grain head on it and go for deeper holding Calicos

heck I purchased a Echo 12 at Andy Montanas (going out of business sale)
for a song. Got a Fin Nor #4 for XMas to match it. So now I'm set from 10, 11, 12, 13

oh and let's not forget YFTs, Sails and Big Bull Do-Dos on the East Cape.
