color preserver help

I started building my 3rd rod and decided to try non ncp thread. I finished the under wraps and applied CP and now it looks horrible... Like the thread shrunk and moved around in some areas. Is this from not wrapping tight enough?

Yes. The thread "soaked up" the CP, got heavy, adn moved around. WRapping tighter and packing better should prevent this in teh future.
