This one is a Birthday Present for Capt. Sid... from Sinker...7' Graphite inshore spinner..8-20lb...New Forecast VSIII guides, carbon fiber reel seat, cork grips..scarlet/gold/blue marblizing, with scarlet wraps/gold trim/blue inlays to match the colors of the USMC Seal.

Awesome Rod. When I used to build rods for profit, I was contracted to do a few similar to this, retirement gifts. It was always fun to build a rod for someone, inrecognition of their services, on behalf of a group. You end up with many happy people. Everybody wants to see it and touch it. Im sure Captain Sid will be proud to fish with this rod. Hope he sends you picks from his trip with the rod, maybe you can post on BD. Should be a nice inshore rod. Would be sweet with 15-20# for Roosters.

Got any photos from about 8 feet away so we can see the total layout, the whole enchilada in one photo. Interested in your guide placement, how the rod looks as a whole.
