Thanks Greg
The photos look much better now, you can actually see the threadwork.......He He.

I have a little Olympus water resistant 8meg point an shoot job...............one of the things that throws me is that I seem to get reasonable images on the camera screen, but when uploaded to my computer ( using the Olympus program ).......they go dark .
irrespective of how or where the photo was taken.??????

Thanks for the tips ,they are appreciated.

When you take the pictures, try using a gray fabric background rather than white. The white fools your camera in to underexposing, causing things to look a bit dark.

Hot looking rod/wraps btw.

Perhaps you have the screen on the camera adjusted for higher brightness and contrast? I know I do that on mine so it it easier to see outdoors,

Wow
I'll have to look in the book to see if my camera has that function , the default might be part of my problem.

The fabric background I use is a dull yellow ( trying to deal with that sort of issue)...........borrow a bedsheet from the linen cupboard when the missus is not around..............if she catches me putting it on the lawn in indirect sunlight I am in serious trouble ............He He.

There are so many rules aren't there?!?!?!
Apparently "though shalt not take the throw cushions off the day lounge to use as a pillow on overnight fishing trips????"
How's a bloke supposed to know all this stuff?

men are from Mars & women are from Venus............different language.......different rules.
Venetians have a particular quirk, they interpret the rules differently on a case by case basis.................so you might think you know the rules...........but you don't.

When in doubt step around the danger issue ............what Venetians don't know about they can't worry about................that's one of their rules too............He He

Occasionally a woman loses the species plot and loves to fish............... make the most of it if you have corralled one............ they are highly valued.
