sticker removal

Question. The big green factory sticker on the butt of calstar blanks, all blanks for that matter, are a bitch to get off. Do the majority of you bother to even remove them, or just build over them?

I usually score them up real good and build over them if its just hypolon rear grip going over them. If cork tape is going over them I clean them all the way off or if any part of them falls where the bearing surface of a gimble lays out I remove them as well

I just scratch them off with a razor blade and then clean off the area with acetone. It's not hard at all...

Zippo lighter fluid lifts them off and whipe off the adhesive with it.
