Cork is an expensive material sold by the ring (ie..length), so before you can get a quote, you should list the model number and grip length. A cork grip for an IMX steelhead rod will cost at least twice as much a an IMX 722 bass rod.
Also, you may want to consider replacing the grip with EVA. It is lighter, and much more durable, and way cheaper.

It's not to difficult to remove the damaged cork and replace with a new pre-formed grip installed from the rear. G is right about the grade of cork used effecting the cost of such repair.

You might consider attending the "Free" class at Glen's Tackle in OC and do the repair yourself.

thanks for the replys guys, its the 844 spin jig. im not worried about it being specifically loomis cork, any cork will be fine, and is there anywhere around pendleton that i can go to purchase cork and butt cap?

damn i used to buy all my gear from glens when i used to live in costa mesa when i was early years, riding my bike to twinkle park and the harbor.

thanks again for the help, much appreciated
