Bill, why don't you check the blanks when they come in, and pull the crooked/bad ones before you build? I have never had a problem returning blanks to even the "unmentionable" company.

BTW, that new thread lays down nice--hard to believe that it is so cheap.
Looks like a lot more than 100 yard spools as well.
