Hey Bobby, that's a sweet deal you're doing there. Looks like you got a nice group going. When is the next one?

Next wednesday, 7:00PM. It was great for everyone of all skill levels, beginner to pro. We had a great time. Bobby, Eric, John, and the others really know their stuff.

Thanks guys for tolerating my noobishness. I can't wait to get back to the lathe to start on my next project, or even finish up my current one!

Had a great time at the WCCRS yesterday. Randy (Zombie) told me he would be coming to class on Wednesday the 6th to check things out and possibly show us something new!!! Steve (Rooster Rods) has asked if we'd like to have him show us how he does is cross wraps in the near future. I am really looking forward to both of these guys being at our 'classes'.
We met a bunch of new rod wrappers at the WCCRS and are looking forward to seeing all the noobies.
Also big thanks go out to Erik Brun (ScubaE) and Tom Zaan (TZ1) for helping out at the show and always being there on rod building nights at my shop. You guys are awesome!

Bobby~

Did I say I was coming to the class on Wednesday? If so, I must have been smoking some serious crack because I don't recall that at all. I actually would like to come up there and check the class out sometime but it definitely won't be until Little League is over. My evenings during the week are shot for quite some time. Is it possible that you got me confused with someone else? I'm completely lost.

Sorry about that,Randy. We'll be happy to see you when baseball season is over. It was a looooooong, fun day, and I got faces and names mixed up. Which is not hard for me to do when I've working hard and am exhausted.
I think it must have been Mike from Nim Custom Rods. Hey Mike, was it YOU that said you'd be there Wed.?? I hope it was you, I've run out of names and faces...lol.
See all you wrappers Wednesday.
Bobby~

Yeah, after you posted that I was like completely dumbfounded (not hard to do). I really would like to make the trek up there but just can't swing it right now. Not sure I could add anything to your classes but it would be fun none-the-less. I'm sure you could teach me a few things. Randy.
