Thanks Kenny,,,, we shall see. Obviously more interest in the spiral than the conventional, when you look at BD hits anyway.

First thing that jumped out at me on this conventional was the loading chart. Why the blip at the 2nd guide? Nice smooth curve to the line path (yes, I still have a pic of it). Nothing perceptable to my eye anyway. Digging in, however, could have optimized the build a tad more. A slightly taller tip, or a slightly shorter 1st guide, or a slightly taller 2nd guide would have done it. By 'slightly' I'm talking perhaps 1/2 a mm.

No doubt about it, the loading chart magnifies and highlights every little nuance.
