How To what blank is this

I have a 8' WADE 20-30 CS forgot the rest but I wanted to know what blanks did WADE used back then, hopefully somebody reconizes this company I think it was around the 80's. I think this person use to work for calstar or seeker and branched out on his own and build his pole but did not succeeded. Any old school guys that know there blanks no of this story..
