i was just wondering if you can use spectra with perfection guides

When people 1st started using spectra, I was sure that it would groove SS guides. But, after years of that stuff being out there, i haven't had to re-wrap or repair any rods due to line grooving from it.
Spectra getting wrapped around tips and cutting through wraps- yes, lots of repairs there. This is just what I've seen. My .02

Yep. Unless you are getting sand or silt embedded into the spectra braid, any of the commonly used guide materials will hold up to spectra.
