Here's one I just finished for myself. Nothing too fancy, tried to keep it as close to the old school look as possible but with a new twist (pun). Original colors, Alps Lite guides, Alps pale gold reel seat, brown hypalon. The blank was painted white so the colors would pop. Original (new) blank I got from Erik at the show last year that I was finally able to find the time to wrap. Randy.

Nice. How do you always get such clean finish, no bubbles perfect shape. It just amazes me. I suck! |

Nice work Randy. Clean, old school look with some new school parts. I'm guessing you're a lefty too...

Thanks guys.
BBQ,
Finish, just takes some practice. There's nothing overly fancy that I do different from anyone else. Put it on, level and LEAVE IT ALONE. I think guys have problems when they fool with it too much.
Frank,
Nice pun, I think I've heard all of them.
John,
I'm actually right-handed but more comfortable reeling left.
Pat,
Some things are out of my control. Blame this one on Mark. Actually, I heard from Julie that they might be in on Tuesday. I'm as anxious as you to get those suckers done. It won't be too long once I can get going on them.

As usual Randy, your finish is great. As far as I'm concerned, yo uare the consistent master at that stuff. Please post your failures sometime, or else I will develop this idea that you are a robotic creation |

Which one was that? I'm drawing a blank (or maybe it's selective memory).
