West Coast Custom Rod Show

Sorry to be a nusanse about the show but I have a couple things that werent in the flyer and I want you to know. Since I have been doing the Fred Hall Show for 25 years I thought I might have some good hints for any rod builder considering doing our show or any other for that matter. Doing shows was a huge help to me and I know others that have made a go of it that way. Maybe some of my suggestions and information will help your be a little more successful. If you are at all possibly interesed please drop me an email at docski377@aol.com and I will sent my write up to you.

Also, though we havent ironed out all the particulars yet, we plan on having space in my booth for new and old builders to display a rod for FREE(except shipping and entry to the show) This is a chance for anyone to strut their stuff. It is not a competition, just a way to show others what you can do. Even if you cant make it for the show we would like it if you sent a rod to us to put on display. I think the idea is to show the width and breath of techniques and the amount of builders there are out there. Anyone across the nation are invited to join in. My suggestion would be to send us the rod in a stout PVC tube and include a return label and the postage needed to do it. The will be cared after like they are my own. Anyone interested please contact me for more information.

We are really trying to get more people involved and get more or the fishermen to the show to meet up with all the custom rod builders. Anyone have any suggestions just drop me a line. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
