Old rod turned NEW

HI guys i have a question does anyone know where i could get a good deal replenishing some of my rods. I have 8 or 9 rods in totall most i want replaced with new guides new finish and even new foam. Most sabre's but some fenwicks and good pacifics in the mix their old school models but i would hate to let them go because their handed down from my dad, im even thinking about trying to get a black finish on them if at all possible im a college student so think cheapo and quality. No weaves nothing fancy just a redo plain good working rod.
I use them every now and then and go to them for luck on bad days and they usually work. I live in Granada Hills and drive to Santa Monica everyday so any where ajacent would be great.
Thanks guys
