| I am not sure how it would stand up to any form of abuse. I have several reels that I've marbled and use them (all except one that I just use for shows-my avatar is a picture of this reel) every time I'm out chasing walleyes. I've seen no problems on any of mine at all. I think that on a round object like a reel seat, it will be even better than on the reels, though. But it's still rod finish and not an adhesive, so it could possibly separate from the reel seat if there was a bit of abuse. I also think that doing a good, proper surface preparation helps a ton, too. Thanks for the nice words!! |
