Finished my 540 and PB1088

The calstar 540 is on the spin cycle (drying mode) right now and my pac bay 1088 is done coated 2 times. I will post pics tomorrow. I did my first 2 fades this week/weekend and they came out pretty good. Cant wait to pull on some yellows with them this season.

Oh and im starting a new rod for my dad for fathers day. I'm still contemplating what to wrap for him. Maybe a 20# stick or so. Updates later!

Both with fuji alkanite guides for spectra fishing.

Pac Bay 1088 (old school black blanks)

Calstar 540 (6 inches cut from the tip)

The Fade looks the same on both (both are my first ever attempts at a fade)
