Accurate 665n and 870n

is it possible to get either of these reels without the cast control? I am looking for a new jig reel but the way in which I hold the reel when jigging means I am continuosly turning the cast control knob.

also if anyone has max drag figures on these reels I would love to know?

cheers bob. I am in nz and called the local agent today who told me they do not make them without the cast control.

My jigging style is similar to what you guys call butterfly jigging and just the way I hold the reel when I m jigging causes the cast control knob to turn...

Solution= a drop of locktite.

I happen to have a 665N made prior to Accurate putting cast control on the reel. It is still new in the box, if you are interested in buying it, PM me. Perhaps we can work out a deal.
