Penn 114HL or HLW

Is a good all around reel, plenty of drag and line capacity for local duty.

113HL will do the job too, just smaller.

A used Penn KG10

How much do new Penn 6/0 run these days? They work really good too.

You need something with some balls since it's hard to just stop the boat when your bit.

Trolling 'fer what? Local tuna? The Avet's are on sale for $129 and can handle 50lb accordding to the locals. Unless things just bust wide open, I plan on trolling with 15-25lb a lot! Why not? Plenty of capacity with the spectra and I like the fight on the lighter line. For the big stuff, I like the SLD or SLT but that's a tad more than the $150. TLD's are tough to beat and you can add stuff later to beef 'em up! Lever drags are nice. Penn 6/0 or Diawa Sealine 600 but your are talking old school drag.
