Its a blue lightning rod 808 except with red wrapping instead of blue. Of course this was suggested by the wife to have everything match. I guess I can't say no to having a matching rod. Love the new laser etching with the serial # printed on it.

I plan on wrapping a nice red rod to match. I am still deciding on what to wrap though. I am borrowing a jig stick for this trip on Sunday... gonna try out a few to see what I want.

Wait till you see my all blue 800ML I wrapped with my blue JX on it for 30#.
And my bue and gold wrapped 800XLH with a gold MXJ mounted on it for the 20#.
And my black Beastmaster with a black LX for the 40# yoyo.

I don't get to fish as much as I would like so I like my stuff to look pretty when I sit and drool all over it in the garage.
